Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that channels energy through gentle hand positions over or just above the body, promoting relaxation and deep, natural healing. Originating from "Rei" (universal) and "Ki" (life force energy), Reiki harmonizes the body and mind by balancing this vital energy.

 

How Reiki Works

Though not fully understood, Reiki is believed to allow positive energy to flow from the practitioner to the recipient, restoring balance and harmony in the body.

What to Expect During a Session

Sessions last around an hour. You’ll lie fully clothed on a treatment couch while the practitioner places hands on or slightly above you in gentle positions. Many experience warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of calm; some even drift to sleep. Each experience is unique, so you may feel relaxed, energized, or emotional after your session—all perfectly normal reactions as your body processes the healing.

1:1 Meditation

Experience the X-HAIL Meditation Method which brings together new and ancient techniques, to create a space to learn and practice meditation that is supportive, inspiring and most of all enjoyable.

 

We combine Chi Gung and Yoga inspired mindful movement; breathwork; self-led and guided meditation; and modern music to provide a ‘Quadruple Threat Approach’ for easy, intuitive and deeper meditation.

Every X-HAIL session is a blissful blend of mindful stretches, heart coherence techniques, guided and/or self led meditation, gentle breathwork to help you reset your nervous system so that you can move forward with a calm confidence and a sense of connection to your soul, spirit team and the universe itself!

Each session is set to a bespoke playlist of modern music curated by our gifted instructors - think Ibiza chill out vibes or soul empowering ballads to support your healing journey!

What’s more the techniques we use help heal your heart from the damage stress causes; relieves tension from tired muscles; boosts your immunity; balances hormones; increase brain power and more!
