Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that channels energy through gentle hand positions over or just above the body, promoting relaxation and deep, natural healing. Originating from "Rei" (universal) and "Ki" (life force energy), Reiki harmonizes the body and mind by balancing this vital energy.

 

How Reiki Works

Though not fully understood, Reiki is believed to allow positive energy to flow from the practitioner to the recipient, restoring balance and harmony in the body.

What to Expect During a Session

​

Sessions last around an hour. You’ll lie fully clothed on a treatment couch while the practitioner places hands on or slightly above you in gentle positions. Many experience warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of calm; some even drift to sleep. Each experience is unique, so you may feel relaxed, energized, or emotional after your session—all perfectly normal reactions as your body processes the healing.

1:1 Meditation

Meditation doesn’t have to be tricky - or frustrating. In fact, if your nervous system is on high alert, traditional meditation can feel impossible. That’s where we start.

​

I use my own blend of science-backed techniques -  havening touch, heart–mind coherence, and breathwork - to calm your nervous system first. Think of it as hitting the “reset” button so your mind isn’t trying to meditate while your body is in chaos. Once you’re grounded, we move into guided visualisations, affirmations, and meditation practices that actually stick - leaving you feeling calm, clear, and connected to your true self.

Every session is fully tailored to you. It’s a playful yet deeply effective mix of nervous system reset, grounding techniques, and guided visualisations that help you step into calm confidence, self-trust, and clarity. Whether you’re navigating stress, seeking focus, or simply wanting a moment of reconnection, these sessions give you practical tools that last beyond the session.

Clients often notice real-life shifts: better sleep, reduced stress and anxiety, improved focus, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of inner guidance. This isn’t meditation you have to “try harder” at - it’s meditation that finally works for you.
