A bit about me....

Do you ever have moments when you know you are in exactly the right place doing the thing you were born to do? Your life’s purpose? That’s how I feel when I am coaching. Even after 26 years as a pharmacist, my most rewarding moments were when I was coaching a patient, not being a pharmacist. 

​

It inspired why I am where I am today. I am so grateful to be making an impact on other’s lives in a positive way. Being a pharmacist was fantastic but being trusted on medication alone was not enough. Bringing a truly holistic approach to people’s transformations is where I am meant to be.

​

I trained as a coach initially to further develop my leadership and managerial skills, to progress my pharmacy career, but gained so much more. I was launched into a whole new realm of self development and growth possibilities – for me and for others.

​

The power of coaching to delve deeply into the psyche of my clients, identify and release their blocks and unleash their true potential is something I have to be part of.

​

Not for me, although I have experienced personally the impact first hand, but for all the people I work with. There is nothing more rewarding than watching my clients transform into the most phenomenal versions of themselves and then continue to pay it forward to others.

​

As a busy mum and step mum to 3 teenagers, its important to me that I am the best role model; to show them that they can put their mind to anything that they want to and be their most authentic and phenomenal selves. But to also know that support is available to them, as and when they need it, whatever stage of their lives. Coaching can do just that and, whether they realise it or not, my kids have been the recipients (and guinea pigs!) of my many years experience, knowledge and skills and are growing up to be the most inspirational young people.

In February 2024, I was honoured to win the award of the Paseda360 Wellbeing Coach of the Year 2023 and I feel so privileged and grateful to have been recognised as an expert in my profession. 

​

Achieving this amazing accolade gave me the opportunity to uplevel my coaching and in September 2024, I became a certified Paseda360 Advanced Practitioner in Transformational Coaching. The transformation I underwent as part of my training led me to re-engineer my business and so I said goodbye to Wellbeing At The Old Farmhouse and welcomed in Helena Clare Coaching.

Helena Clare Coaching brings a different perspective and a revolutionary coaching method that goes far beyond your average coaching programme.
