How much does it cost?
FREE initial Become Phenomenal/Find Your Fierce Check In
Find Your Fierce - Programme for Teenagers/Young People: £45 per 1 hour session
(Part of my mission is to help as many teenagers and young people as possible.)
Become Phenomenal: £90.00 per 1 hour session for coaching

Reiki Healing or One to One Meditation Instruction: £45 per session
Combinations of therapies are available following discussion and agreement.
*I usually recommend 6 sessions to most of my clients, to allow you to gain the most benefit from my signature programmes, Become Phenomenal & Find Your Fierce. However, if you feel this is too much of a commitment initially, then you may wish to book in for 3 sessions and then we can review your progress and whether further sessions will be needed.
3 Session Programme - £270 (£135)
6 Session Programme - £540 (£270)
Contact with the me between sessions is available via email and text message/WhatsApp so that support can continue to be provided and progress is maintained.
Will my therapy work?
With any of my services, you will need to demonstrate a willingness and a commitment to making a change, whether that be smoking cessation, weight loss or focusing on your career or relationships. My role is to support and guide you to make that change, using my knowledge, skills and experience to take you forward.
As I am sure you will appreciate, I am not able to give you a 100% guarantee of a cure. In fact, no therapy can; different individuals will experience different effects with their therapy. In the same way, Doctors can't give you a 100% guarantee that you will get better, and neither can teachers guarantee that you'll learn.
I can, however, promise you the very best service, using up to date information and appropriate techniques for you and your situation.
What about confidentiality?
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, I am legally and professionally bound to keep all information gained about my clients securely and to maintain confidentiality. I also subscribe and abide by the confidentiality requirements stated in the Code of Ethics for the ANLP and PHPA.
During our first session, you will be asked to provide written consent for me to obtain and store data about you which will be used solely to support the work we do together.
Any information you provide to me during our time of working together will be considered highly confidential and held securely. This means that, if you wish, you can talk about sensitive, private issues not easily shared with friends, family, or even your doctor, without concern that the information will be given to anyone else.
What if I have to cancel my appointment?
I totally understand that life doesn't always go as you planned it and sometimes you just cannot make it to your appointment. As long as you give me a minimum of 24 hours (one working day) notice, which means that I can book another client into your time slot, no charge will be made.
Clients giving less than 24 hours (one working day) notice will, however, be liable to pay the full charge for missed sessions, unless I agree that the reasons are unforeseen and supporting evidence is shown.
